The customer undertakes to comply with these and merchant-specific conditions when purchasing products and services in RMH Design Internet services, which is called RMHDesign.fi.

Ordering

General conditions

- The prices shown in the online service include VAT.

- We sell products to adults and corporate customers.

- We reserve the right to change prices.

- The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information they provide.

- We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Terms of delivery

Formation of the contract

- A binding contract for the transaction comes into force when the order is confirmed (order confirmation/payment confirmation).

- The order confirmation/payment confirmation is delivered to the customer by email.

Delivery

- Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can see the delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery method of the shopping cart.

- Some of the products are used, some may be products that are not available from the manufacturer or for some other reason availability is limited. The seller's task is to ensure that these issues are explained for each product and the buyer should not be able to choose more in the shopping cart than it is possible to deliver.

However, mistakes can happen and products can go on sale through other channels and the information is not necessarily always up to date. Therefore, we reserve the right to act in such a way that in such a case, when the customer has bought more than we can actually deliver, we notify the situation without delay and offer the possibility to either cancel the transaction completely or only for the excess. Naturally, the overpaid money will be returned in full.

- Orders are mailed on weekdays. The delivery time for products delivered from the warehouse is usually 3-7 business days. Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, weight, and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the checkout function of the online store before the final acceptance of the order.

- If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported to the company responsible for delivery without delay.

- Delivery times for services are agreed on a case-by-case basis, or if the service can be scheduled using online shopping methods, then it is considered primarily the agreed delivery time. Changes to this can also be agreed upon if necessary.

Terms of payment

- The merchant uses reliable and safe payment intermediaries in its services.

- The merchant does not store bank connection or credit card information at any time.

- The customer undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions of the chosen payment method.

- Payment by invoice (if it can be selected as a payment method for the product)

- The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.

- Late fees are always added to invoices paid after the due date. If the invoice has been paid after the due date with the original invoice and delay costs have already occurred, the costs will be invoiced separately.

- If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of the order, the Merchant will not process the order.

Maksunvälityspalvelun toteuttajana ja maksupalveluntarjoajana toimii Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Paytrail Oyj näkyy maksun saajana tiliotteella tai korttilaskulla ja välittää maksun kauppiaalle. Paytrail Oyj:llä on maksulaitoksen toimilupa. Reklamaatiotapauksissa pyydämme ottamaan ensisijaisesti yhteyttä tuotteen toimittajaan.

Takuu

Tuotteen luonteen huomioiden takuu on aina tuotekohtainen.

Käytetyillä tuotteilla ei lähtökohtaisesti ole takuuta, mutta myyjä voi oman harkintansa mukaan sellaisen kuitenkin myöntää. Erityisesti uusiokäyttöön kunnostetut ja tarkastetut tuotteet ovat tällaisia tapauskohtaisen takuun tuotteita.

Palautukset

Verkkokaupan kuluttaja-asiakkaalla on kuluttajansuojalain mukainen 14 vuorokauden vaihto- ja palautusoikeus. Asiakkaalla on oikeus vaihtaa tai palauttaa osa tai kaikki tilauksen tuotteet. Palautettavat tai vaihdettavat tuotteet tulee olla alkuperäispakkauksessa ja myyntikuntoisia. Halutessasi palauttaa tai vaihtaa tuotteita, ota ensin yhteyttä verkkokauppaan ja kysy palautusohjeita. Liitäthän palautukseen mukaan nimesi, yhteystietosi sekä tilinumerosi mahdollista maksunpalautusta varten.

Asiakaskohtaisesti räätälöidyillä tuotteilla ei ole palautusoikeutta.

Käytetyillä ja erityisesti poistomyyntiin tarkoitetuilla erikoistarjoustuotteilla ei ole palautusoikeutta. Tuotteen saa kuitenkin palauttaa, jos se on matkalla vioittunut tai siinä on vikaa, mitä ei ole etukäteen kerrottu.Tilauksen peruuttaminen, virhevastuu ja reklamaatiotEnnen tilauksen toimitusta tilauksen voi peruuttaa kirjallisella ilmoituksella sähköpostitse.Verkkokaupalla on lakisääteinen virhevastuu myydyistä tuotteista. RMH Design online store customer register. Hereinafter briefly "Yritys Oy"

4. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data/purpose of use of the register

According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is an agreement that is created when the customer orders products and/or services from Yritys Oy's online store. The purpose of the register is to enable online trading with the help of Yritys Oy's online store, such as the transmission of order information, billing information, payment confirmation information, or processing information between Yritys Oy and the customer. In addition to this, the register is collected to enable the contacts required by customer service, to maintain the customer relationship, and for electronic marketing communications when the customer has given his consent.

Yritys Oy does not in any way store in its customer register orders made for other merchants' products or related information.

The information is not used for automated decision-making. The data can be used for profiling.

Data retention period

Information is stored as long as the user and Yritys Oy have a valid mutual agreement and/or consent.

Information can be stored longer to the extent that it is necessary to fulfill the obligations set by the current legislation, such as, for example, accounting and consumer trade responsibilities, and to demonstrate their proper implementation.

6. Regular sources of information

The information is collected from the RMH-Design online store service. Customers enter the information personally when ordering from Yritys Oy's online store.

7. Regular data transfers and data transfer outside the EU or the European Economic Area

The information is not passed on separately and remains only with the controller. Data can only be technically processed outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

8. Principles of registry protection

Care is taken when processing the register and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital data security of their hardware is taken care of accordingly. The registrar ensures that stored data as well as server access rights and other data critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description it is.

Electronically stored data

The register is located in the RMH Design e-commerce service and the data processor is Webnode AG. Only the controller and Webnode Oy's technical maintenance staff can access complete register data.

Manual material

Basically, we avoid printing the information in the register as manual material. If in some situations manual material is printed from the register, the material is stored in a locked state and only the registrar has access to the material.

9. Right of inspection and implementation of the right of inspection

Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and to correct any incorrect or incomplete information.

If necessary, Yritys Oy can ask the person making the verification request to prove their identity. Yritys Oy will respond to a written request within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request the removal of personal data about him from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Those registered also have other rights according to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations.

However, it is worth noting that the data stored in Yritys Oy's customer register is always created when the customer buys products and/or services. In this case, Yritys Oy is also bound by the obligations set by accounting and tax legislation regarding the storage of material.

Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to prove his identity. The controller responds to the customer within the time stipulated in the EU data protection regulation (generally within a month).

13. Cookies

This website uses cookies. The website sends a small file to the browser, which is saved on the computer's hard drive. Both (temporary) session ID cookies are used, which close when you close the Internet browser, and permanent cookies, which are stored on the computer's hard drive. The purpose of the cookie is to improve the user experience on the site. Cookies can be used to monitor and view the user's interests and thereby influence the usability of the service. Internet browsers generally accept cookies automatically. If necessary, the use of cookies can be turned off in the browser settings, in which case some functionalities will be removed.

The data collected with the help of cookies and web trackers do not contain the user's personal data. Activities carried out online cannot be linked to a specific person.
